The COVID pandemic significantly boosted the use of teletherapy. As a result, many people have chosen to seek therapy “remotely” via phone or video platform. Let’s discuss your treatment needs to see if online therapy is right for you.
COVID-19 has led to dramatic changes in everyone’s lives. I want to keep everyone healthy and safe, so I am now seeing clients using various forms of teletherapy. This means our sessions take place via Zoom, Skype, FaceTime, or the phone. After COVID, of course, many people may continue to seek online therapy. Prior to the pandemic, I already had substantial teletherapy experience for both short-term and longer-term treatment. Many people find the convenience, ease, and affordability of teletherapy fits their treatment needs. |
In the past if you found it difficult to leave your apartment or get out of work in time to travel to a therapist’s office, now I think you'll discover online therapy is a convenient solution. If you live overseas it’s easier for us to work together as well. In many ways, online therapy is simply psychotherapy. Whether we’re in the same room or on a laptop we’re still working together to foster a healing relationship and help you move past the obstacles that are interfering with the things you want. |
